Yes! It does need some work! The well works but some of the water lines froze and broke. The shower isn't working, kitchen sink doesn't drain, It needs to be cleaned, it needs paint and new flooring. BUT the well works with a newer well pump in the last couple of years. It has a metal roof, some Tongue and Groove, appliances, newer siding, a large deck and a couple of sheds.
